If you have a favorite photo you took with your phone, or maybe you found an old photo of a pet that has passed, I can bring your pet to life with a one of kind, hand drawn portrait of your four legged friend.
The Process From Start to Finish
Sending Photographs
Please contact me to discuss what kind of drawing you are thinking about and what pictures you are thinking of using. You will need to provide the photographs used to create your pet portrait. Please specify what photograph you would most like me to reference. I will require multiple photos (if possible) so I am able to capture the spirit and soul of the pet you would like me to draw. Please send clear and in-focus pictures with good lighting so I am able to get as many details of your pet that I can. If I'm unable to use the photo you would most like me to reference I will make suggestions on what photograph might work better to complete a drawing of your pet.
The Drawing Process
I will require payment in full before I begin your drawing. After you have made contact and we have discussed what you are wanting and what photos will be used I will direct you to the order page. Once I have begun your custom portrait I can send multiple images before the picture is completely done. During this time please contact me if you would like to suggest any changes. Please keep in mind that not all changes you may request can be done based on how much it will change my style of art or how I interpret your photograph. Once I have completed your portrait I will send a proof for one last customer approval.
Finishing and Shipping
If everything goes smoothly between start to finish you will receive your custom portrait 8-12 weeks after the initial photographs have been sent and purchased the custom drawing you want. Once the final approval has been given your drawing will be sprayed with a protective fixative and placed in a clear archival bag with a foam core backing. Mat boards are optional but can be added for an extra charge. Drawings will be placed in a padded envelope with extra foam board for stability. Shipping is free to anywhere in the United States and includes a tracking code and insurance. Once I have shipped your drawing all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
